Well with the miserable turnout we couldn?t actually make a majority decision so I will tell you how we made a decision later.

First, AORDO will defend Nojika against attack if the following conditions are met.
First, They submit to anything the council says
Second, they allow council teams into the country to stop all terrorism and espionage.
Third, Nojika has to work to improve Political and Civil rights.
Fourth, members of the government and military have to be willing to submit to a trial.

Now, we have also banned the technology presented by the Lucifer project ad the council wants to send teams into N.A. to ensure no weapons of that type are created. We also condemn any war started by N.A.

Now developments in the council. With more than half the council not turning up as most of them have been inactive for days, the whole this is dissolved. A protectorate council, Tachbe-Vilita-Samonina, will conduct reforms to the council and get new decisions passed through quickly within 3 weeks. After that time the Protectorate council will have to give way to the full council.

AORDO has been given freedom on that choice from the council. We do not plan on any direct invasion at this time, all we are concerned about is protecting Nojika. With Lucifer, well we do intened to enforce the ban.
