| Ratastan Official Host Bid for AOCAF 45 Introduction: The most oldest and prestigious regional tournament of football in the multiverse is back, for his 45th edition, Yes, the sapphire aniversary of AOCAF, this time the tiny paradise of Ratastan opens his arms to receive all the best teams of Atlantian Oceania to compete for the regional glory, the infrastructure and all is ready to receive all the participants Scorinator: In this AOCAF I'll use Xkoranate 0.3.3 with SQIS Formula, using the most recent version of the regional rakings (Post AOCAF 44) Hosting Experience: The user behind this nation is San José Guayabal, a nation that has depeloved since late 2013 in the NS Sport community, despite that my experience isn't a plethora but you can find previous regional experience and also one WCC-Sanctioned event but I will tell you the events I have hosted. - September Tennis Champs - Copa de La Paz (An invitational I made) - World Junior Hockey Championships V - Copa Rushmori 18 - Baptism of Fire 56 (Co-hosted with Schiavonia) Noteworthy that I have scorinated lots of friendlies as third party, and also I was the third party in the last edition of the UICA Champions' Cup and in the last AOHC finals. Format: At the moment I was writing this, we had just eight sign-ups but is for sure that will be more than just eight participants, so I decided to create different formats in order to be prepared to any situation (More formats can be added in case of need). Note: All the formats will have single round robin group stage. - 20 Teams: Four groups of five, top two sides in each group advances to quarterfinals. - 24 Teams: Six groups of four, best two sides in each group advances and also the best four third placed teams to the round of 16. - 28 Teams: Seven groups of four, best two sides advances together with the best two third placed teams to the round of 16. - 32 Teams: The traditional format with eight groups of four, best two sides advance to the round of 16. - 36 Teams: Nine groups of four, best sides advances together with the best seven second placed teams to the round of 16. - 40 Teams: Eight groups of five, best two sides advance to the round of 16. Tiebreakers: Will be ordered in the following way: - Points - Goal Difference - Number of Wins - H2H Results - H2H Goals Scored - Drawing of lots Date and Timing: Matchdays will be scorinated every 48 hours between each scorination. Cutoffs for this tournament will be between a two hours window of 19:00 to 21:00 in Salvadoran Time (UTC-6, Without DST), in other times is: 21:00-23:00 in Eastern Summer Time (UTC-4) or 1:00-3:00 in GMT, online draw shall be made basing in the current rankings (Channel will be announced after the host voting) and all Ratastan scores will be scorinated by a third party in the #NSSport Channel, also he will grade the RP's of my group in order to do a fair tournament. RP Bonus As all of us know, I'll use a Quality over Quantity system, the grading for rosters will be on a scale of 0-4 and RP's will be from 0-5, in a cumulative nature without degredation based mainly on the amount of effort put in to making the RP interesting and enjoyable. | Well, there's just three hours to close the bids but the difference is high, let me say thanks before the end of voting to all who give confidence on my bid to host this prestigious tournament. It was before the end of voting because this will finish when I'll be on bed (Around 23:00 in my timezone). - In case of winning this, we have 34 nations signed up and in order to have even groups, I'll allow two more nations, be it numbers puppet or main nations. - Everything thread will be available 24 hours afterthe time of this post (22:00 EDT - 2:00 GMT - 3:00 BST) - Online draw will be held this Sunday at 20:00 GMT and channel will be posted here. - First matchday will occur this Tuesday and scorinations may happen every 48 hours.
