Cednia Beach AFC will represent Turori.

They will also be submitting a bid to host the final:

Cednia Beach Center, Cednia, Turori (103,000 Capacity)
The Cednia Beach Center is one of the purest examples of capitalism and expansion in the Vilitan Leagues. Originally a modest plot for a modest team, the stadium has risen along with the rise of the club. Now, a world class stadium capacity wise, there are concessions that were made. The training grounds outside the center are second rate, and parking is virtually non-existent at the complex. Public transportation - including your own two feet, would be required for fans to access the stadium. Thats alright though, plenty of lodging surrounds the local area within walking distance.

As mentioned in the OP, AC Abscon e Bouy will be representing Mastille

The Board for Mastii Football would also like to submit a bid for the host venue of AOCL XIV.

[B]National Park, Westerhedge Parish, Mastille (60,000 cap.)
This historical site in Mastille is considered a home for the entire nation. Originally built in Esportiva, but due to the absolute destruction of the peninsula Mastille was originally located on, National Park was rebuilt, and modified to accommodate building regulations, and codes. Located in the southern part of the city, it is surrounded by various food-stands, and is served by the National Métro, on the Green Line. As cars are illegal in Mastille, cycling, walking, or public transit are highly recommended to travel around the city, and to reach this pinnacle of Mastii football. Transportation to Mastille from across the region is possible by the state of the art Aéropor Mastille, located on the eastern part of the city.

Mangolana's representative for the AOCL will be Skyline United.

League Results: http://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.ph...t=Mng#p19999218

Mangolana will also be submitting the following host bid for the final.

Lone Island Stadium, Nirvana (57,000)
The newly renovated, about two seasons ago, stadium for Nirvana has had the team undergo a transformation and has made the stadium and team respectful for the people of Nicad in the northern region of Mangolana. The stadium is located just off the Mangolana Bay and seats 56,500 with standing room only making the capacity at 57,000. The crowd can get rowdy at times but the best the stadium has been ranked as the best security force in the Premier League every year while the club is in the Premier League while Mangolana is also dedicated to dedicating as much of its army as necessary to maintain peace in the event that rioting breaks out.
