Kinitaria is a nation making its mark on the international footballing scene, following a dramatic qualification and a battling first appearance in the World Cup finals. Public passion regarding football is at an all-time high and the Kinitar Football Federation are seeking to cash in on that by hosting an AOCAF Cup that the region can be proud of.

Format
Simple group stage followed by knockouts. Room to accommodate anywhere between 24 and 40 teams, with 32 or 40 being ideal. Group stage tiebreakers will be H2H points, H2H GD, overall GD, RP bonus.
By my count, there are currently 22 signups, so the plan would be to soft-cutoff signups at 24 or 28, with a hard cutoff if we reach 32, although this is subject to change if there's a flood of signups.
Scorination
SQIS, xkoranate, AO regional rankings. It's simple, it's trusted, and it works.
Timing
Matches will be scorinated every other day, with the exception that the third-place game shall be the day after the semi-finals, and the final the day after the third-place game.
The tournament thread will go up in the NS Sports section of the NS forum approximately 72 hours before the start of MD1, and the exact dates of the tournament will be announced once we have reached the cutoff.
RP bonus
Bonus won't degrade, and will be awarded based on quality. Roster posts will receive a grade equal to one full matchday of RP.
I intend to make available information about the various host stadia, host cities, and the political climate of Kinitaria which participants are welcome to work into their RPs. This information is intended to serve as a RP prompt and using it (or not using it) will not impact on anyone's RP bonus.
Host experience
Not a lot, I admit. But I have co-hosted a Baptism of Fire without any major problems and I believe I've been here long enough to know my way around a scorinator.
