Hello,
I have created a little program that simulates elections. Currently it does so based on the constitution (rules, system) of Latao/Nyssa - but it could be easily changed to other state structures.

The Program does:

- generate some random numbers, the result of a vote
- assigns seats based on the voting results for possible indirect elections
- draws charts and pies similar to TV graphics
- saves the result of the election to an MS-Access database file
- compares the results of the current election with the previous

If anyone is interessted in the program, screen shots and the source code, feel free to contact me (i dont have a web-server :-/)
