With the initial signup phase's deadline passed, the AORBC planning authority is pleased to realease the first draw and schedule for the Second Atlantian Oceania Regional Basketball Championship. Teams in the Men's Division are split up between three groups, with the top group finishers gaining an automatic berth in the knockouts. The third seed will gain a berth into the Second Round, where they will play the fourth seed (non-group winner with second-best record), and then then the other two squads with the best records without group wins will be seeded fifth and sixth and play one another. The winners of these games will advance to face one or the other of the top two finishers from the Round Robin Stage.
