Realistically we require one more signup, and I think we can install Lamoni as the host, as Delesa offered to bid if no-one else would.

So, well done Lamoni for the only one to be bothered to offer, and for re-issuing the ACOAF16 Bid with '16' hurriedly crossed out and '21' written in it's place.

I don't know if I'll actually be here for the tournament, but if you really need one more nation, Vephrall will sign up for its first AOCAF.

Notes:
- The nation signing up is Vephrall. I haven't yet gotten around to making an AO forum account for it. Pedriana is not signing up, and indeed it can't, as it ceased to exist a long time ago.
