Factbook of the Tri-State of Svengarda

Overview

Svengarda is a simple concept. Three separate states sharing a common culture and language joined together in 1821SY, creating Svengarda, meaning "3 lands" in Karikka, the language of the three states. The three states at that time were Kurrika & Kalstørm, who bordered each other on Manä Isla, and the separate Island of Lapuna, or Lapua, as it's often referred to.

After initial unification, the city of Helsirn in Lapuna was Declan the capital, and government offices and official buildings the mainstay of the newly established city.

This remained the same, and the population reached 2.2 million in the turn of the century. But the population dwindled slightly when, in 1914, the capital was moved to Helsingborgs in Lapuna, because of its ease of access along the Küna river.

The famous Likväl Cathedral, and the statue of the five monarchs

The first records of the City existing were found in the ruins of a pagan temple near the city from 2000BSY. The town was first a fishing village on the Küna river, with trade from Erem & Pirsig coming up and down from the river. Helsingborg grew into a bustling market town, and became the capital of Kurrika in 1493. Come the unification, much of the trade moved from there to Helsirn, and the population dropped to 1.2 million, it's lowest in over 200 years, in 1902.

But with the crop failure in Lapuna, many immigrants from the Island came looking for work and lives in the city, and when it became the capital, the population was at 1.9 million. Through trade and commerce, more people arrived and settled down, spreading to the other side of the Küna river, buildings the now famous bridges over the river.

In the 30s and 40s, Helsingborg boomed, with much infrastructure being constructed. Factories and farms were built around the outskirts, and banks and office buildings built in the centre, which is now a centre for economics and business.

The famous statue and cathedral were built in 1925, to celebrate the coronation of Queen Cameialia I, and the Cameialia Cathedral is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country to date.

Now a centre of culture as well as business, Helsinborg has many art galleries, museums and cultural Institutions, and many famous artists and cultural figures call the Artisitc district of East Helsingborg home.

Royal Family of Svengarda (kuninkaallisen perheen Svengarda)

The Svenga Royal family has been around for as long as records began. The first mention of an official monarch was by the noted writer and philosopher Makvl of Jana in 325 AD.

The Current Monarch of Svengarda is Queen Alania Svykal II, who was coronated 2 years ago when her mother, Eremenyva V tragically passed away at the age of 67. Three days of national mourning were declared, and as custom, her body was buried in the Lokal Ice Wastes in Lapuna, where the entire Svykal family is buried since Jaymis I, the first king of the Svykal family, in 1799.

The Monarchy, although having no official power, has always been a beacon of reason and morality in the world, and she meets regularly with the Prime Minister to discuss matters of state.
